The best pho I have tried in Greenville. The only things I know for certain that are gluten free here is the pho and the summer rolls. I’m newly diagnosed and still scared to be a bother in restaurants. You have to bring your own gf hoisin for the pho and make your own gf peanut sauce for the summer rolls (pb, gf hoisin, and water) so I usually just get those to go and eat my pho there. The atmosphere is very casual and relaxed and the prices are very reasonable. Might not be worth the effort for some people but it’s my comfort meal and comfort spot so I think it’s well worth it. Their pho is the ultimate hangover cure, no joke!! They grow their own herbs in the back, and the ingredients all taste very fresh. Everything is made with love and the staff are all so friendly.
