Melba's Restaurant

The waiter at this soul food restaurant was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options and how the food items were prepared. I got the short ribs with beans/rice and collard greens and did not get sick after enjoying every bite of food. I have celiac and I am very sensitive and grateful for this restaurant.
