Review of Mellow Mushroom

They make their own pizza crust. Pizza was really good and finally, NOT served in a tin foil. They make their gf crust on a big plastic tray and place it in a pan to cook. The food was good. I got the he Greek salad (gf), husband and daughter got (gf) pizzas. Staff was knowledgeable, and accommodating- but it’s pizza... any place they are throwing dough there can be contamination. We didn’t get sick, but I always count that as lucky in a pizza place
