I am allergic and did not have a reaction to their gluten free pizza. I had the mighty meat and even the leftovers were good.
Tasted great, but the two celiacs who had the pizza got glutened.
Very good pizza!! Even tasted okay reheated day after
Pizza is good & staff is knowledgeable. Sometimes they burn the crust, but it's understandable since it's so thin. They also have 3 GF beer options and lots of ciders to choose from. Servers are great!
Good pizza, only think is you have to buy a medium, and it's usually not on sell or in a special.
It's okay. Not the best pizza ever. It's clearly been frozen and only one size but it still doesn't compare to Dominos or Amy's and none of them compare to homemade gf pizza. It's convenient to have it next to the movie theater though and you can get almost anything you want on it. It's a very dry crust but at least they don't have a tendency to burn the crust like Dominos.
I have come to expect less than stellar GF pizza crusts and just try to make the topping interesting. This was not the case here the crust is really good! I found myself breaking off the crackery crust edges long after I was full. Staff seems knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back.
Worst gf pizza I have ever had so far. $20 for a pizza I have only read good reviews about. My gf son loves pizza and he spit it out and refused to eat it. 2 yr olds don't lie! The crust was soggy and tasteless, Domino's wins over this place hands down and that's hard for me to say.
They offer a GF Pizza Crust that you can design your own. They also offer vegan cheese which is great for lactose intolerants like myself. Apparently all of their toppings are GF!
Food was overcooked the first time by the time my wives food arrived everyone else in our party was finished eating and they still charged full price even when they brought her a salad she didn't ask for I will never eat here again
have eaten here several times with no probs. knowledgeable and great pizza
can only get medium pizza with GF crust. Other than that, Hawaiian pizza was good.
My celiac daughter has never gotten sick and we have eaten here a few times. Gf pizza is really tasty, too
The GF and DF (no cheese, fake or real) pizza I ordered did not cause an adverse reaction but the bill did cause great concern. After reading other reviews upon returning home, it turns out I'm not the only one who was surprised when they received their bill. The pizza itself starts at $12.00 and then you get charged for each ingredient! 1.79 to at least 2.79. There are no prices listed nor an explanation of their price structure. Who knows if any ingredients are free and I won't ever find out because I won't be going back. I'm sure this menu is not the choice of this restaurant as this is a chain so complaining to the waiter would do no good. Even if one accounts for my very specific dietary concerns, an explanation of how a customer gets charged should be laid out. Maybe I would get charged less if I could eat dairy!
Excellent gluten free pizza!! Staff was very knowledgeable and asked if it was an allergy or preference. I explained that it was an allergy and waitress informed me that my pizza would be cooked in a spectate area. I ate the house special. I asked the waitress about what type of crust they buy and she explained that they make the gluten free crust themselves in a separate kitchen, along with making and baking my pizza.
They are very gf accommodating, I just don't really like their pizza. IMO the crust is thin and hard and the toppings are "fresh" to the point of being undercooked.
My new favorite gluten free pizza, hands down! It tastes like the real thing and the toppings are soo stinking good! Reminds me of Dewey's, BC (before celiac). Other franchise locations get mixed reviews because of the thin crust and toppings being skimpy but the Cincy location is absolutely exceptional! The fine print at the bottom of the menu explains their process in avoiding cross contamination which isn't something I've seen before and is so very appreciated. Love it & will order again!
great atmosphere and good food!!
We've never gotten sick eating here - the food is delicious and the gf pizzas are prepared separately. Great place!
Had a great experience with my Celiac pos son, his Gf pizza he loved and he is not overly sensitive so hard to judge his reaction but waiter was aware of celiac and GF and reassured. Went above and beyond to go verify ingredients in vanilla ice cream. Yes ice cream has "natural flavors added" so we avoided. Overall great experience.
told them I had celiac when ordering the GF pizza and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable! He explained that for celiac customers they have a seperate area where they prepare the food and it's own utinsels and oven space. tasted like a normal thin crust pizza and the GF wings were great!
Love their gluten free pizza. I have never had an issues. Also they usually have a cider on tap.
The only safe thing to order is the gluten free pizza off the gluten free menu. I wouldn't try to ask for topics not listed there or the salads, etc. but the pizza crust is the best I've had eating out. It actually has texture and flavor that doesn't resemble a cracker.
I ate at this restaurant in Myrtle Beach and came out fine. however, at this location j felt awful before I even left. I have been down and out the rest of the night. must have been a cc issue. the food tasted good, 5 stars for taste, 2 for stomach pain.
Awesome pizza. They make their own crust and it's delicious. All their pizza is pricey, but 3 of us split 2 pizzas and had leftovers. We also tried the wings, no gluten ingredients ( they said possible cross contamination) but they are baked not fried, and we had no problems. (And my son is super sensitive) Definitely worth the trip!
their new gf pizza crust is much tastier, really enjoyed the pizza. still more expensive that any other gluten free pizza in town. service was fantastic, she specifically delivered my pizza by stating ...here is the gf pizza.
Love love love Mellow Mushroom! I got the Veg Out Pizza and it was great! The ingredients were very fresh and the crust was cooked to perfection. Wait staff was very knowledgable to Celiac and gluten sensitivities, calling the colorful pizza joint "gluten free professionals." I appreciated that the GF menu was right with the regular menu and that it says "no longer second class citizens." This was my first time here and I will definitely visit again. Only complaint is I wish they had a GF sandwich bun to get sandwiches ,too, because the sandwiches look delicious!
Best customer service I've ever received. Thank you beard man who took my to go order and JD for rocking out the delivery. As for the food... It's delicious!! My grandparents are happy which makes me happy. Thank y'all so much. We will definitely dine here again.
It's pricey ($20 for an 11" personal pizza), but the toppings are great, I really like the crust, and I've never gotten sick at any of the MMs where I've had their GF pizza. The thin crust has a bit more sweetness and chew than other GF pizzas I've had, but I like that it's not just the cracker-like consistency that's often the only option. I do think that the white pizzas are a bit of a better fit with it than ones with tomato sauce, though. I also really appreciate that they indicate beers that are truly GF and distinguish them from the low gluten/gluten removed ones.
A little pricey but worth it!
They have gluten-free pizzas but it's only in one size and its the only thing that's gluten free (besides salads)
Good pizza but a gluten free pizza with sausage, pepperoni, sundries tomato and red Peppers will cost you over $20!
I have ordered three pizzas from here as takeout. They are very pleasant and it is one of the better GF pizzas. I have celiac and have issues from the slightest cross contamination, but I've always been fine after eating this pizza. They do a good job.
