I asked if they had a gluten free menu and the manager came and talked to me about all my options and all the steps they take to avoid cross contamination. They have a whole separate part of the kitchen dedicated to preparing food. The manager took my order himself (while the waiter took everyone else’s at the table) and he brought my pizza to me personally to confirm it was prepped and cooked in a different part of the kitchen
