I ordered a small cheese pizza it was great! The crust was a little thin I must but it didn’t take away from the delicious meal

Manager came to me and said the kitchen manager messed up and we are remaking your pizza to make sure it’s celiac safe for you so please give us one more minute. That’s a good sign!

The pizza is very good here and would recommend going. Staff was knowledgeable and ensured me that she will let the chef know about avoiding cross contamination. The price can get pretty high, but overall a great place to get gluten free pizza!

The GF pizza used to be a decent size but, unfortunately, they changed it so now the only option is a very small kid-sized pizza. Not at all worth the price, considering it would take two to actually fill me up and I’m a small person!

I was sick in less than an hour after informing my waitress of the gluten allergy. I unfortunately will not be back.

This gets 5 stars on safety and zero on the pizza. I remember the old days when gf pizza crust tasted like corrugated cardboard boxes. Mellow Mushroom hasn’t progressed since those days. Three friends with celiac disease agreed that it was the worst crust we had eaten in 10 years. However, nobody got sick.

In terms of safety: super safe. They're known for their allergy protocols. However, my pizza was really tasteless and kind of soggy. My sister said maybe it was just the gluten free crust because everyone else's pizza was delicious but even the tomato sauce I felt like had no flavor. I'll probably return just because other people liked it but i don't think I'd really choose to eat here on my own.

One of the best GF pizza crusts I've had. The menu explains how they prepare their GF pizza, so it lets you feel safe. They also have GF beer & delicious salads. We came here twice in two days because no other GF-friendly place was open for lunch.

I really like the gf pizza. Very tasty!

Pizza only. Skimpy on the toppings. Came out burnt. Slow service. Pre-made crust shipped from a factory. If a manufactured crust and a $19.99 price for a 12 inch pizza doesn't bother you, go for it.

Much better when eating it in person. I’ve never had a bad experience at any mellow mushroom when dining in, but take-out and delivery is 50/50 depending on the location. Unfortunately, for this location, take-out and delivery should be avoided if you cannot have cross-contact. I’ve had to stop ordering and tell family/friends that while yes, we can eat there, please don’t order it for parties.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and have no complaints whatsoever. Amazing taste, and no symptoms after. Server seemed knowledgeable, etc. honestly one of the better GF pizzas I’ve had. Since it’s a chain, always make sure to ensure your dietary needs.

Great GF pizza and vegan cheese option for the dairy free folk! Everything tastes great and I was assured they made GF food separately. The brownie dessert was good too for a frozen and wrapped treat, it tasted like a Little Debbie’s cosmic brownie!

My favorite GF pizza! We eat here at least once a month and I’ve never been sick from it. GF pizza takes longer of a wait, and that’s the only con I have.

Their GF pizza is always great. I usually get the Mighty Meaty. I’ve never had issues here. They also always have Bold Rock on tap.
