if you are a fad dieter this is sufficient. If you are an actual celiac YOU WILL HAVE A REACTION TO THIS. It isn't because of anything but the very nature of a pizza place. There is flour in the air, they are tossing crusts right next to where you sit and although they make great attempts on no cross contamination, you are breathing it in and it is settling on your pizza. If you have a high tolerance you ahould be fine but if you are sensitive, don't risk it. My stupidity made my birthday terrible and the next several days.
