Staff explained that GF pizza was cooked in separate oven and prepared in separate space to reduce risk for cross contamination. The ingredients were great and the crust was ok. Overall my pizza was good and I didn’t have a reaction. Prior to this meal I have refrained from eating pizza at restaurants due to cross contamination in ovens. But this appears to be a safe place where I can go out for pizza with friends and also enjoy my meal.
