I went when it was not busy at all so the server had time to talk to me about my options on the gluten free menu. Lots of options and no reaction at all.

I read these great reviews that said Mel’s had many gluten free options and decided to go. I was told by both the GM and waitress that they don’t have gluten free items and they can’t guarantee anything is gluten free. I stuck with the only thing I could get…eggs. I was really in the mood for pancakes.

I’ve eaten here twice and did not get sick at all! Gluten free menus, tons of GF options (most for only $1 extra than regular) and the staff are knowledgeable about GF and how the kitchen prevents cross contamination! Would 100% recommend :) and overall, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! The gluten free cinnamon pancakes were to die for even if you’re not GF :)

Delicious meal with lots of options I wouldn’t otherwise have had! Pancakes, French toast, waffles and burgers! Got the cinnamon roll pancakes made gluten free and was in heaven. Would definitely return
