Waitress was knowledgeable and warned me that the fryer is not dedicated gf so I did not order fried foods. She answered questions about whether my other allergens were present in food. Food was high quality. I did not have a reaction. Unfortunately on the delivery apps I have tried they do not offer an option to select gluten free bread or dairy free cheese, they only seem to offer that in store/takeout.

Ignorant to what gluten free actually means. Unhelpful answers to questions about gluten free sides. Was told fries and onion rings were gluten free before finding out they use the same fryer as everything else.
No
Says sides are safe, but use the same fryer as glutenated products.

Very delicious, but both times I have been I've had a reaction-not a super bad one, but still a reaction. I'm guessing it was cross contamination from shared grill space. Would be extra careful if you go.
My son has celiac disease and had a great sandwich. They told us that their fries and chips are technically gf but are fried in a shared fryer so they won't be safe. He had the coleslaw which wad a little too peppery for him. It was a great experience and glad we went.
Sooooo yummy! I have Celiac Disease. I ordered the Cleveland cheesesteak. Since the gf bread is smaller they made it into two sandwiches. I asked for extra aioli sauce because it’s AMAZING! I didn’t care for the way too peppery coleslaw so I’ll try something different next time but I just about cried over how good the sandwich was. 💗They also carry Green’s gf beer (pint) which I liked. Everyone in my party liked their food. Can’t wait to go back! I also ate at Melt in Columbus (Short North district) a few years ago and had a great experience there as well.
Yes
Sandwich store with many options including vegan cheese. Staff was very helpful and double checked the ingredients
My son was so excited about his delicious GF grilled cheese! They have a full GF menu that is separate and everything came labeled well. So issues after- wish we lived closer and weren’t just driving through the area.

I was really cautious about eating here, but it turned out great! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and talked to the kitchen to let them know I was a Celiac. I had a half of the BBQ chicken sandwich and the creamy slaw. Both were excellent and as a pepper lover, the spicy slaw was a real treat! They had a large, separate gluten free menu.

Dedicated GF menu but cross contamination is still possible. Lots of choices on the menu. Service was a bit slow. I’ve only eaten here once and didn’t get sick.

I’ve eaten here safely about 8-10 times, usually having it for both lunch and dinner when at Cedar Point. It’s very tasty and I definitely enjoy the food and having somewhere to eat safely. They have a gluten free fryer, so I’m able to have fries, which I enjoy. The sandwiches are served as doubles, so you really only need to order a “half” which is actually one full sandwich. Just make sure to double check the hours because during the summer season it closed on the early side and my understanding is that for the fall season it’s only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

I have eaten here twice and had a positive experience both times. I ordered a sandwich and one time had Cole slaw and the second time a house salad. They noted that I was Celiac when ordering and I felt fine after eating. If I returned and felt like I had a server who was new or not as knowledgeable, after these experiences I would ask to speak to a manager because they really do seem to care about serving gluten free food safely. There is a statement at the bottom of their GF menu about precautions they take.
