Staff told me nothing is gluten free. If you are very sensitive, Memphis bbq is not for you. They don’t seem to even know what gluten is here... and if they say they do, their responses are so short and simplistic that I don’t trust them.

The sauce, rubs, marinades, and baked beans are all gluten free and delicious. I would love to give 5 stars, but this place is hostile toward any food allergies or special diet requests. You can freely order ribs and pork and beans, but it's best not to let them know you can't eat wheat. Just tell them no bread. It's a shame they have an attitude about it. There is truly a lot you can eat here as a celiac diner. Just don't ask them or tell them anything. They do not want your business and will not cater to dietary restrictions. We eat here about once a month.

Basic salad with olive oil was the only thing they were able to recommend.

The staff and manager told me they didn't have a gluten free menu. They had gluten free items BUT the risk of cross-contamination is HIGH! I am very thankful the staff and manger were nice enough to tell me this before we ordered. Pro- friendly staff Con- not truly gluten free so celiacs don't get your hopes up.
