The staff were not knowledgeable about GF options but did refer to a sheet that outlined allergens. They did share they do not have a dedicated fryer, no GF bread for sandwiches and that their beans contained Gluten. When I inquired about other options, the response left me with a lot of doubt. I’m sure their food is tasty however not a great place for anyone with Celiac

No

All the meats are gluten free (without sauce) and they still taste amazing without sauce. Fries and coleslaw are gluten free and you can ask for more fries in place of the non gluten free cornbread and beans that usually come with the meals.

Very delicious and staff are knowledgable.

I had the pork and my partner had the brisket. Both meats are GF. I liked the brisket better but the pork was very good.Bring your own BBQ sauce or go without. None of the sauces are GF. The fries are even though they are seasoned. The signature dish is the beans but they are not GF.
