Grateful for a gluten-free menu! We ordered the road trip- meaty, moist brisket, marvelous, meaty & moist Memphis ribs & pulled pork. We loved the ribs & brisket; the pork was bit gamy. The sides of creamed spinach & Yukon mashed skins were also a hit. The Mrs, who is not gluten-free, loved the Mac n Cheese & cornbread. The $4 plate charge is a bit steep for the bistro.
