Description from website. “Mercantile dining & provision serves up comfort food with an elevated, modern twist. A truly farm-to-table culinary experience.”

Server seemed knowledgeable. Several items listed as gluten sensitive. Kitchen modified Turkish Eggs by substituting GF crackers for the bread.

Nice, sit-down brunch after a long morning of travel.

There were limited options for me, aside from lettuce wraps. A bakery of this caliber should be able to bake GF bread. Disappointed.

Waitstaff was very knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination. I felt very safe eating here even though they make their own pasta, and I did not get sick.

Celiac friendly?
