Review of Mercat a la Planxa

Mercat is a tapas restaurant inside a hotel near Millenium Park. The server was very aware of gluten allergies and asked if I was celiac. For gluten allergies anything in oil they prepare separately. They’re very attentive. I watched them deliver the same tapas dishes to other tables and when iI asked the server about certain removed items she went into detail why the item was removed.
