Great restaurant where all dishes are available both normal and gluten-free. Everthing is kept completely separate as they have an AIC certificaten. Once they know whom is gluten-free, they give you all new table wear in different colors from the normal ones. So all waiters know without having to ask each time. The food was absolutely fantastic. Best food we had in Rome. And as said, both options are great, gluten-free or not. There are a lot of options in pasta, pizza, main dishes, aperitivo, wines, beers,...and desserts. Best tiramisu ever! The staff was very friendly in a relaxed atmosphere. They make time for a quick chat, always smiling, good english language, very helpfull,... I even asked for the recepy of the cookies in the tiramisu and they explained to me how they bake them themselves and shared it for me to try it at home. The location is great on the square. Most important: no Cars are allowed and so very enjoyable.

I would return over and over again if I was in Rome again. No doubt. Every single dish was great!

Fantastic place for coeliacs. Separate GF menu. Separate cups, placemat and plates so staff are fully aware. Food and service were excellent! I had GF bruschetta and lasagne and son had spaghetti bolognese. Delicious. We’ll be back before we leave!

I had a pizza and tiramisu. Both really delicious! I really liked that they added the ingredients of the bread and pizza dough on the menu (free of oat and gluten-free wheat flour - ingredients me and some other celiacs also can't have). It tasted and felt really fresh and homemade. They also put a lot of effort in to avoid cross contamination and confusion (different plates, paper placemats, etc). I ate there with my girlfriend and she ordered from the regular menu. My cutlery even came in a paperbag to protect it from any cross contamination (hers didn't). The square is definitely quite busy and touristic, but by the time we finished our food it had calmed down quite a lot and felt more calm.

Amazing food amazing service , it’s my first day in Rome today am I’m already booking for tomorrow and am planning to come again on my last day ! Best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had, made in house! It’s AIC certified so you know you’re going to have a good experience. My WHEAT ALLERGY was a non issue here. They had the ingredients for the gf pizza and pasta right on the menu, and there was no deglutinized wheat starch to be found. Yay! This pizza was INCREDIBLE. Even my gluten eating husband said it was the best pizza he had in Rome, and he was eating all the wheat ones. It looks like it’s in a super touristy spot, but it’s good. Go here!

Loved this place, so much so we visited twice. Great service, food came quickly. Separate / marked placemat, cutlery and glass. Even the plates were different to the non GF plates. They clearly take it seriously.

The food is really good; both the GF and non GF food. The menu is pretty much entirely possible as a GF version. Our waitress was really lovely, particularly with our kids and followed up with them on our second visit.

Everything about this place is amazing and it’s a must if you’re in Rome!! They are AIC certified (separate oven in a separate kitchen, separate prep, gf menu, they also bring you a placemat to distinguish your order is gluten free, a different colored cup and set of utensils. I had the margarita pizza and it was absolutely incredible. The dough was soft and had excellent rise and the ingredients were also so fresh. The location is also really great. You can sit on the patio and enjoy an incredible view of the piazzo!

MUST VISIT!! Probably best gluten free restaurant in Rome and definitely one of my favorites in Europe. Amazing dinner for our first night in Rome. Enzo was so helpful and kind during our dining experience. I had booked a reservation noting my celiac disease & when he came to the table he confirmed it and brought a “safe” glass and sealed flatware as well as a green placemat to let all staff know of my needs. There is also a gluten feee menu within the regular menu with tons of options. All pizza and pasta can be made GF, tons of dessert options too as well as beer! Amazing experience! We had the best server - Dora. When we told her 3 of us have celiac, she changed our placemats to green ones with the AIC logo, and brought sealed flatware. She went through the menu page by page - explained procedures - including that the different plates that GF food comes on. Nearly everything could be GF. It was so good - with a beautiful outdoor setting on the square. Hoping we can make it back during our stay here! Highly recommend!

We ordered GF pizza Margherita, pizza Margherita with gluten and a Ceasar salad. First of all, almost everything one the menu can be made gluten-free. The gluten food was good. The GF pizza was also good. Tasty and well prepared. The dough is made of a, if I understood it correctly, house-made GF mixture. This mixture is different from what I’ve seen before. To my opinion the baked result absolutely won’t disappoint you, but I guess this probably will also be the best outlayer regarding dough style and taste. To me and my daughter the taste is close to wholegrain gluten bread (of what we remember of the taste of gluten bread). But what pleased us the most, was the way my daughter was treated. The staff approached us very professionally. They take gluten-free very serious and show this by ‘tagging’ the table with an AIC placemat and a closed cutlery pouch for those who order GF. They explained to us how they work and to us it showcased their passion and proudness. I definitely recommend this restaurant for carelessly eating very tasty GF!

I ordered the pasta with sea bass, tomato and zucchini as recommended but it was misunderstood as a tomato based sauce only. It was clumpy, overcooked and lacked proper texture and flavor. My husband did not like his tuna pesto pasta either. I won’t be coming back as this is mid food touted as great food only because they offer gluten free. Not worth it.

Really excellent experience from beginning to end. We went for a family dinner, my youngest son has coeliacs. He had steak and fries as he was tired of pizza and pasta. All good and no issues after the meal. The restaurant is on Campo di Fiori and has great ambiance and friendly, helpful staff. They have a dedicated GF menu and most things on the general menu can be made GF.

I went there for dinner.. They have a separate gluten free menu. I had this spaghetti with Bolognese and some bread.The bread was just OK but the pasta was delicious. And felt all great afterwards!

We had diner at Mercato. One person gluten free. Started with salami and cheese plate, Sharif with 4. Afterwards gluten free pizza, absolutely fabulous. Dessert gluten free tiramisu. Separate gluten free menu with lots of gf pizza’s and several pasta’s gf! Also starters and desserts! Member of AIC.

Ce restaurant a été une découverte pour moi. Personnel très courtois, nourriture excellente, très sécuritaire pour le gluten, Bon choix de menu et très varié, j'y ai mangé 3 fois et aucun problème.
