I have very symptomatic Celiac. Always super nervous about eating out, especially in a big group because I’m worried my specifications will get lost in the crowd. Good news is almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free! I spoke with the waitress and she explained to me how they safely prepare their food to avoid cross contamination. I got the spicy chicken sausage pasta and despite my hesitation, didn’t get sick at all! Would highly recommend if you have Celiac and have trouble eating out. I’m so glad I was finally able to enjoy a meal with a big group and remain healthy afterward! The staff is very knowledgeable on allergies and food restrictions.

GF pizza and pasta. I ordered the Pork & Herb Sausage pizza. The place was busy at the time so we were seated at the counter, directly in front of the pizza station and the oven they use to cook them. The pizza chef kept a clean work area. When it came time to make my order, he washed his hands and put on gloves, then made my GF pizza in a separate area, then put it in the top compartment of the 3-compartment oven. All the normal wheat crust pizzas were going into the 2nd compartment down. The pizza was fantastic and the dough was of a texture and consistency that was new to me. I asked about it and the pizza chef said it was potato-based and that the top compartment of the stove is dedicated for GF orders. Great service and fantastic taste.

The best beet salad ever! The food is wonderful although there are not plenty of GF choices. Husband said it was the best chicken wings he ever ate. I am celiac and did not get any symptoms.

Excellent 12 hour GF Brisket dish that was a huge portion as well. GF Pizza was also top notch and not the relatively unappealing Cauliflower Crust. This is homemade goodness. The non-GF Lobster roll was a smash hit with the wife.
