They didn’t have a dedicated menu, but I got the spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips and was just fine! They have salads too and give out complimentary popcorn when you sit down that is good and GF!

Almost immediately after eating my wife got sick. All the signs of consuming gluten. Be very careful eating here.

Menu not marked but staff was knowledgeable and double checked with the kitchen to be sure. Food was delicious as were the cocktails.

The staff are great, seem comfortable and responsive to celiac concerns. The restaurant lost a star only because I'd ordered a bunch free burger and it was a small patty with processed cheese on top. The 50/50 potatoes were amazing. Next time, I'd try the salmon. Great people here though, and lovely historic building.

Ate at the second floor steakhouse. Staff was very helpful in navigating and helping us select GF options. They assured us they would be as careful as possible. Ordered steak, roasted broccoli, mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots. Sensitive celiac and did not get sick! Would go back again!

Staff was very knowledgeable. The chef even made me a special gf dessert for my birthday because they didn't have a gf option on the menu and it was amazing.

Delicious! Ate in the steakhouse and the bistro multiple times and different foods. All of the service was tremendous, the food was fantastic, and I never got sick.

Very knowledgeable staff. The best meal I had in Nashville!! I had: filet, loaded baked potato, scallops. They even had a GF dessert options.

Seriously: gf duck fat tater tots. That should be the first thing on all y’alls’ reviews. I mean, really. Oh, and chicken wings that are perfect.

SUPER accommodating to ALL my food allergies which made things SO easy! Everyone was so nice and friendly. They took the time to discuss options with me. The staff and manager made it less stressful for me. If you have food allergies you know how it can be. I would DEFINITELY recommend this restaurant!!

Staff very knowledgeable asked whether I had coeliac disease or just an allergy. Had gluten free tatter tots which were gluten free fried in a dedicated frier! Couldn’t fault them!

Amazing! Highly recommend Merchants. They understand gluten free and even better they understand no cross-contamination. They understood safe food for Celiac's. The managers wife has Celiac's and he made sure I had a safe meal. Our server was awesome and took great care too. Couldn't be happier. Food tasted amazing and feel great. Celiac and non-celiac loved their food. Two thumbs up!!

My daughter has Celiac and I’m Gluten sensitive. We had lunch there and the staff was knowledgeable about what items were safe. My daughter had the smoked wings app, (which was more than enough for her). They were fantastic!! Only negative was that most sauces (except for their homemade ketchup), were not GF. The ketchup was great. Fries are not GF but the tater tots are and they were really tasty. I had a salad and it was really good as well.

My husband and I made reservations for a birthday weekend. The entire Staff is so accommodating to allergy needs! From the hostess (Samantha) , an extremely attentive waitress (Christa) , and a manager (Jonathan) who understands dietary needs due to allergies and autoimmune disorders. Christa worked closely with the chef to ensure we were able to have a fantastic meal and experience. This was by far our best dining out experience. Thank you all!!

I noted we were celiac on our reservation and the manager came over to explain everything to us. Separate gluten free menu, dedicated fryer, but he was overly cautious by saying cross contact was still a possibility. He even popped fresh popcorn for the Kids! We had duck fat tater tots (amazing!), salmon blt (no buns) and roast chicken. A great experience!!

Long wait for a table, but server was knowledgeable. Could order everything on menu below chili. Had roasted chicken, fingerling potatoes, and green beans. Good flavors, but a little too much salt.

Birthday celebration was not acknowledged. Service was slow. Food was not cooked per requested. Meal was over priced. Maitre d' was bland; introduced himself but was not focused on our needs. Waitress was not engaged or knowledgeable when asked about gluten free items. No gluten free menu was offered. Gluten free items were very limited. Disappointing dining experience.

The bartender on first floor was GREAT!

Great place ! The food was good and I had no problems! I had the steak and wedge salad !

The staff was very knowledgeable! I had a black bean burger with no bun and a side of sweet potato fries. They used a separate frier for all of their fries. Everything was delicious!

Wonderful quite place has two different types of restaurants. I went topside which is more limited but the waiter was great at letting me know what was and wasn’t gluten free. The chef even slightly altered the recipe so I could have what I want.

There was no specific GF menu but when I called they said they had GF options and to just ask our server. I had the tatortots with the different sauces because my server said all the sauces were GF, but after indulging in all three of the sauces, found out that one of them was in fact not GF. However, the food was still very delicious and I would highly recommend it, but when ordering to TRIPLE check with the server and have the server check with the manager to ensure that it is GF.

There is no gluten free menu however the server knew what was and wasn't gluten free. There were plenty of options. I had the smoked pork chop with buttermilk mashed potatoes. I also had duck fat tater tots to start; they have a dedicated fryer. We were on the 2nd floor. Very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious!

the server was very knowledgeable and happy to assist. We ate upstairs and the gf menu was limited. I couldn't get any apps except for the raw bar or salads. had the smoked pork chop and it was really good.

They did not show me a menu. However, the server told me the things I could order. I had the steak frites. The steak was cooked perfect. The fries were crispy and hot. The small salad with the meal was awesome. It was very busy.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Waitress told me what my options were and made them all sound great. The tater tots are a must-have! (And they are made in a dedicated fryer.) I ended up getting Sweet Tea infused pork loin with some awesome grits.

Great food, great staff, drinks were great. The steak frites were cooked perfectly. Went there for my birthday dinner, and the music was so loud I couldn't speak to my husband, but it was a Saturday night on Broadway, so completely understandable!

The duck fat tater tots are amazing!! It was so nice being able to eat something like that. The server was knowledgeable about what is gluten free and dairy free.

One of the owners has Celiac Disease, so they are very careful with gluten. They do not have a separate menu but the waiter will tell you what the options on the menu are. They research all the ingredients on foods. The kitchen staff will put down wax paper on counters and foil on the grill keep your food from touching contaminated surfaces. They also have a separate fryer they can use for fries if you say you are gluten-free.
