I explained that I was a celiac and strictly gluten free and asked if I could eat one of their sandwiches. They worked with me to make sure there was no cross contamination, including changing gloves and using fresh utensils. They went so far as to use a different oven that had not touched gluten to toast the bread. Overall they were very accommodating and I was very impressed and grateful.
