Update, proceed with caution: Normally they are great, but this time I got glutened. Despite all the normal GF precaution conversation with the person taking my order and the dedicated fryer and everything being marked gluten free when I got it, after eating half of my fries I found one curly fry right in the middle. The curly fries are not gluten free. They refunded my meal and were super-apologetic and said they will speak to the kitchen staff and the manager and owner to address the problem and make sure that it isn’t an issue again. Not sure if I want to chance it again though.

Great place. I got a chicken sandwich which maybe isn’t conventional but it was excellent. They put an allergy note on my order. GF buns and dedicated fryer. The sweet potato waffle fries were very good although burnt, they should keep an eye on that.

This restaurant has gluten free buns or can make hamburgers protein style. The fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. The staff was knowledgeable and the food was very tasty.
