Very limited menu. It said the burger was served with GF but the server said it was all fried on same griddle and high risk of contamination. It was disappointing but I do appreciate the honesty of the servers.

Limited options for celiacs, especially if vegetarian/vegan. Only one taco was inherently safe. When I asked if the veggie taco could be modified, the server spoke to the kitchen and confirmed the cooking surface was safe since it hadn’t been used for gluten containing foods yet that day. Therefore I had the veggie tacos with a side salad and they were AWESOME! Sadly, no guarantees that when you go this will be the case with the cook top! Talk to your server, they know their stuff! Also got the lava cake with vanilla ice cream and it was great!

Lots of gf options to choose from. Staff was so friendly, knowledgeable about gluten allergies and possible sources of cross-contamination, and offered helpful suggestions. Ordered the queso fundido appetizer and the kitchen provided grilled corn tortilla as an alternative to the fried corn chips (since they use a shared deep fryer). The chicken tostada stack taco was incredible!
