Asked the manager about gluten free and she said not to eat there because there is no guarantee that cross contamination won’t happen. That’s the risk of eating out in general but if the staff are not trained in how to deal with allergies… she said the staff are trained. The place was not busy at all so the conclusion I drew was she doesn’t trust her staff to handle an allergy correctly and she was too busy to ensure our food would be prepared correctly. Easier to pass on a sale than to take the effort. We did not eat here.

I had the taco platter but substituted corn tortillas for the wheat to be gluten free. They were brought out with corn tortillas, luckily I noticed and had them send them back and redo them. But they were delicious!

Definitely not too GF friendly. However, when traveling, I often compromise because there is nothing else. I had a delicious burrito bowl - I just asked for a bowl instead of a tortilla wrap. It was yummy and authentic tasting and I would recommend it. The only thing I didn’t like is that the menu didn’t mention cheddar, (I avoid dyed cheeses due to migraines) and it came out with yellow cheese on it. Still yummy and I didn’t get sick. I may have had some slight skin reaction (which is what happens when I experience contamination).

On the menu the only items marked GF are 2 salads. However, our server said that the Taco Platter and burrito bowls (minus the flour tortilla and green chili sauce), and all meats are also GF. Red sauce is GF. He said the tortilla chips are corn and aren’t cooked/fried in their restaurant. I didn’t get sick!!

The only real option on terminal A. Grab n go was okay for a bowl. Actual restaurant only had two options for safe gf- both salads. But they warned and were very aware.

This restaurant is incredible! I’m extremely sensitive and symptomatic to cross contact, and I felt completely fine after eating here. The service wasn’t the greatest, but that’s expected from a busy airport.
My mom and I stopped to get the pork carnitas tacos. The server went back to ask about the spices and confirmed that I’d be safe. Eating out gives me a ton of anxiety when I don’t have my portable gluten detector, but we decided to try it. It was so worth it! The tacos were incredible and the chips were fried separately.

The staff was knowledgeable and knew how to answer our questions. Fried tortilla strips on the salad were quickly explained as fried in a separate fryer from NGF. GF were noted on menu with offer to modify as needed. We did not ask about the tortilla chips so that would require questioning. However, food was very good and tummies are happy.

I had a carnitas taco which was super good and a chipotle bowl meal with chicken, beans, and rice. At first, the bowl only came with chicken and black beans and when I asked about it, they brought out rice and said that the cook was new and was confused if rice was gluten free or not. We were told that the chips and salsa are gluten free, so it was nice to be able to eat that too. The restaurant staff don’t seem to be trained very well on allergies/food restrictions, but it’s really hard to find gf food at airports and the food was good.

Food was good but I just ate here & 30 minutes later had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea

Ordered the Steak and Portobello salad to go. It was delicious. I've never seen so much steak on one salad. They made it fresh in the back for me.
The food was really tasty. Servers friendly and helpful. We split a dish called Sabana de Pollo, seared chicken, Asadero cheese blk. Beans, topped with Chimmichurri sauce served over cilantro lime rice and salsa fresca. So good!!!!
I didn't get sick but it was oil filled
Was short on time so asked for a cesar salad with chicken. Server told me chicken uses same grill as the rest of the food so I opted for no chicken. GF items are marked, they have gf buns for hamburgers.
The staff was friendly and informative. Their tortilla chips are gf!
Reliably gluten free food in an airport. Add to that the food is delicious!! The chef even came out to talk to me to make sure they got it right. So awesome!!

If you have enough time you can buy a meal there.
Nice location and very quiet. Food was ok. Menu was clearly labeled and service was good.
Is give it a zero but can't! Waited 30 minutes for a Ceaser Salad, when it finally came out they threw a bunch of rotten lettuce in a container-absolutely horrible & all for $10! Worst management EVER! It was the To-Go spot to be clear.
Staff was friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. Lacking in options and there was some cross contamination.
Delicious menu options and great service in a quiet nook of the airport!!

Unhappy with my experience here. The menu has gf written beside menu items but they share fryers with gluten items. When I asked about whether they share a fryer the waitress got really rude and said yes but if it says gf it is gluten free. I tried to explain that it is no longer gluten free for someone who has celiac disease and she continued to argue and was very rude and said I will go get someone else and talk to them. She came back and said to be safe stay away from items that are fried. That is several items on the menu. Do not trust them and very unhappy with my experience. I would not have a problem if the waitress wasn't so rude and they didn't advertise gluten free and then not know anything about cross contamination.
No
wonderful server that knew the difference between celiac friendly and gluten free. many items listed on menu as gluten free are prepared in a shared frier. food was decent though a little greasy.
This place was good for gluten free mexican meal at a fair price. Two meals and and appetizer for $25. The server was friendly and knowledgeable.
