Asian-Mexican kitchen. They can make several items gluten-free. And adapt items on the menu to make them gluten-free. Such as using tapioca flour instead of wheat. They had good knowledge of gluten. The food was delicious.

This was soooo yummy! The staff immediately asked if there were any allergies and identified the items I could eat. I opted for the Katsu bowl, they used alternative flour to coat the pork. It was DELICIOUS! I asked several questions and our server was very patient with us and would ask the chef if he didnt know the answer himself. They reassured me that the Wasabi was real and did not have flour! And their cocktails were very yummy!

Server immediately spoke with the chef. Was very comfortable preparing for celiacs. Came back with the safest meal options and modifications. I had the fish tostadas and grilled cabbage salad. Both were fantastic. No reactions!

Really interesting, tasty food. Highly recommend! The waiter understood what gluten was and worked with the kitchen to find me a variety of things to order. They have GF soy sauce! I am coeliac.

This is a fine dining restaurant A Mexican Asian street food fusion. Although there are no gf options on the menu, the staff and chefs are coeliac aware and can accommodate items on the menu or cook something delicious specially for you.
