No dedicated gluten free fryer. Items on the menu are clearly marked as GF, but without regard to if the items are fried in a cross contaminated fryer. That is, an item will be marked GF, even if it is fried in a cross contaminated fryer.
Servers did not seem knowledgeable about GF. When asked if the enmoladas were fried, the server went to check with the chef, and returned to say that the item had sauce and cheese (did not appear to understand the meaning behind my question).
Unclear how many items on the menu are actually truly GF, given issues with fryer cross contamination. If you are not sensitive to a shared fryer, much of the menu (70%?) is marked as being GF.
