They have gluten-free bread — and it was an excellent locally baked bread (dairy-free and gluten-free, made with sunflower seeds), Hootin’ gluten-free bread. A pleasant surprise!

Although they don’t offer gluten free rolls, they will offer gf bread. They clean the surface before making sandwich and don’t cut it so they don’t use contaminated knife. Yummy gf roast beef and Provalone cheese sandwich.
