I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Metro Taco. We were greeted with a smile. The menu had noted the things that have gluten, not the things without gluten because almost the entire menu is gluten free. The food was DELICIOUS. Fresh corn tortillas. Awesome fish tacos. Amazing chicken taco. Rice and beans that everyone on our party agreed were world class. And all a great value. Highly recommend.

I’ve eaten here 5+ times and I’ve never been sick. They’re patient when answering questions and know their stuff. The Brussels sprouts and tacos are all delish!

I’ve been here several times now (more than 7x), it’s been consistently good every time and I’ve never had an allergic reaction or felt sick. They understand gluten free (but as usual I recommend mentioning to them about sensitivity and cross contamination) and their home made hard corn shells are great! Everything is fresh, drinks are delicious and everything on the menu is clearly labeled gluten free. Love it here!

Been there at least 4 times and each time it never fails to amaze me with how good and safe it is. 95% of their menu is gluten free besides like two/three things. Forever my favorite taco place!!

Menu is clearly labeled, with most items being gluten free. Have eaten there a few times now without issue.

Their menu is about 85% gluten free as is. They notate things that have gluten with a ‘g’ instead of the other way around. We have eaten here a bunch and my fiancé (who has celiac) has never felt sick. We always mention that he has a gluten allergy and they include it on the ticket so the kitchen is informed. The salsa flight (which comes with homemade corn tortillas), Mexican Street corn and the churros are not to be missed. Highly recommended!!
