I had the pad thai with vegetables and I also had edamame. The waiter was very kind and was very transparent going through ingredients. I did have to explain about Celiac and what could possibly contain gluten (wheat, flour, soy sauce, etc.) but she wrote a note and when they came with my food they specified that it was the gluten free meal.

The Pad Thai is made gluten free and I haven’t had any issues for multiple experiences. Very tasty!
