I have visited all locations in this area but recently found out that the chips are not safe. The hard taco shells and chips are fried in a shared fryer. I was shocked to find this out because I’ve eaten at many locations and was always told they are safe. If you are going to eat at mex1 make sure you get soft corn tortillas. The rice and beans are safe as well. I hope this helps some people and keeps them from cross contamination.

Gluten free chips, salad was also gluten free. Service was terrible, silverware was dirty and not the most hygienic dining experience.

The food is so good and they made sure everything was safe for me. The chips and Queso are gluten free and safe. So awesome to have chips out safely! The corn tortillas are safe too. Made for great tacos. I had the grilled shrimp.

Was so glad we stopped here for a late night dinner. Always love when I can actually eat the chips & salsa with everyone else! Tacos on corn shells were excellent. No reactions afterwards. Highly recommend!

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Their tacos can be made on house made corn tortillas and they are so good. The chips and queso were gluten free and their salsa is delicious.

Yum!!! The chips and queso are gf which is a huge plus! They have homemade corn tortillas and they are they best I've ever had. Everything was hot and fresh. I ordered the ground beef, steak, and chicken tacos. So so good! Highly recommend. They take allergies seriously.
