I normally dont give 5 stars unless its a 100% gluten free and tastes good. I actually think this may be the first time i have done it.

I went there for lunch and ordered their salad bowl. I also had their each table tortilla chips and salsa. Im a long time celiac, but i swear i have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before feeling that good after eating before. So free of cc its pathetic, lol. I was a little nervous because mexican places seem to have unknown gluten sometimes even to chefs and waitstaff. The waitstaff could have been more knowledgable here i thought, but....she was right too so maybe first impression of that was off.

Their salad bowl is huge. Youll take home leftovers, but you pick type of lettuce, meat, veggoes, cheese and dressing. I even did the queso blanco cheese with jalapeno vinegarette as this is usually outside of what i would call simple for gf but the place had good reviews so why not. I like to be safe, but i really like food too and dont want to miss out. No reaction and like i said walked out feeling really awesome actually. I really only feel that way if ive eaten ultra fresh. My suspicions are that that is what this is.

In short VERY safe, but also VERY good too. Was happy to find as mexican is my favorite.

Ate there today for lunch with no reaction. (It’s been hours and I react quickly.) The host had no idea what was safe but the waitress and bar tender were awesome. We ate so much yumminess!!!!
