Sorry to say, although they make their own tortillas they make corn and flour at the same time and use the same grill. They also use the same fryer. So I didn’t feel safe eating even the soft corn tortillas. The server told me the chili sauce includes flour in the gravy and even the Arroz con Pollo chicken and rice dish includes flour in the “base” they use. Finally selected the taco salad, hold the chili sauce, hold the chips. It was very good and I had no side effects.
