Review of Mexican Table

Updated 6/27 visit: no more GF options on the menu. Got a drink that was not GF, but I don't expect servers to understand gluten there so it was my fault. BUT, I told the server I have celiac & my food needs to be gluten-free. Big mistake, I should've said I have an allergy since people understand that better. It's hard to say if my food was cc since I got sick from the drink. Just disappointed the menu removed GF options.

I was surprised & ecstatic to find GF menu options at an authentic Mexican restaurant. I can't say it's 100% celiac safe as the GF menu items just meant they didn't contain gluten, & it didn't guarantee no cc. For instance, the Super Nachos tortilla chips are fried in a shared fryer where the Super Table Nachos corn chips are not fried in a shared fryer. Both are marked GF, but both are not celiac safe. Regardless, with some questioning to the server 1 could eat here safely. And I was in heaven having GF authentic enchiladas, made with corn tortillas, & I did not get sick.
