I ordered the Bosphorous breakfast. I ate with another person who has celiac, who ordered hummus, baba ganoush, and a salad (I forget which). The menu doesn’t list gluten free beside all relevant dishes, though it does for some— of the rest, some say to ask the server about making it gf, and some are naturally gluten free. The person eating with me ordered fried brussels and was originally told they could be pan fried separately, but another staff member came out to correct that and asked if she had an alternate dish she’d prefer. It was clear that our orders had been marked gf and the kitchen wanted to make sure we weren’t accidentally given gluten. Service was good! Around often enough but not overbearing.

Update: I did not see any glutening side effects after eating here.
