I was a little bit worried when I first got there, because the waitress didn’t seem to know much about gluten. However, the chef came out and talked to me personally, and made me something special. He said most of the menu is actually gluten-free, and he specifically asked if I needed it celiac safe. I had a delicious, special meal, and it was completely safe. He even brought me out chips made in a separate fryer.
