Decided to check the restaurant out. The manager checked with the chef, and nothing from the kitchen is safe. Plain vegetable salads are the only safe items, no meat. No dedicated fryers and no separate prep space. Even the arepas contain wheat flour.

This Columbian restaurant surprised me. Stay away from fried, but everything that is grilled, plus the Arepas are gf. They also have merengue cookies and arroz con leche, which are gf.
