I love Mi Tierra! They have a dedicated fryer and are very careful with cross contamination. I’ve eaten here since 2015 and they’ve never made me sick! Everything I’ve had has been delicious and very reasonably priced. Big fan!

Pretty tasty food. Service was quick. They informed me the corn chips they serve to start are not gluten free but they said they had a gluten free fryer. In any case I was pleased with the experience there

They can make almost everything gluten free with corn tortillas instead of flouf

Staff and chefs are extremely thoughtful and take great care making sure allergy specifications are met. I've been several times and had the owner personally customize my meal, with great results. Highly recommend

I had a birthday party for my wife, in this restaurant. She suffers from celiac deseas. I made sure they understood the importance of gluten free and no cross contamination. She and couple of friends, with celiac had no problem. The Food was delicious and service was excellent. Everyone had a great time!
Staff not educated about food allergy and sensitivities. It's a total off the top of their heads..."I think it's fine." Then it's not. Not cool.
Absolutely not gluten free! We asked twice and were told items were safe for Celiec but then after taking a few bites we were told actually they use the same fryer for everything. Staff was apologetic but we had to litterly run out the gluten reaction was so severe.

NOT a dedicated fryer. Ate one fried yuca piece there today and immediately became heavily symptomatic. When I asked the waitress (whom I had already told twice that I had Celiac so as to be careful of cross-contamination), about their fryer she suddenly remembered that they do put wheat in it.... Needless to say I won't be going back and can't recommend it to anyone gluten allergic or Celiac.
