Lots of GF options on the menu. The menu is actually marked for things that contain gluten because the majority do not. The tortilla chips are made in a dedicated fryer. The only thing I didn’t ask about was if tortillas are made on a shared surface. I got tacos with corn tortillas and I noticed they were browned and my daughter got a quesadilla with a flour tortilla and that’s when I realized I should have asked about that. Everything was delicious.
EDITED TO ADD: I have eaten at all the locations around DC and always had a positive experience. Yesterday, I asked about the tortillas and the flour tortillas are not made in house but the corn are. Our server said he would note celiac on the order and the kitchen would make every effort to avoid cross contamination by cleaning the prep area and cooking surfaces prior to making my order.
