Mia Margherita Coal Fired Pizzeria

The pizza crust was floppy and undercooked, the cheese was not melted. I ended up cooking it longer but the flavor sucked. Not a good option for GF pizza.

We’ve been here several times with no interactions, and it is sooo delicious!! Our last waiter was Moana, and he was absolutely AMAZING! He even brought out gluten free bread for me to have with my meal. I get the sausage “gluten free penne” with mixed peppers.

Had a pizza and chicken wings. Wings were baked and the pizza went in a separate oven than the other pizzas. Staff were pretty well versed and understanding. Didn’t have a reaction. If you’re in the area for sure a good spot.

Have gluten free marked on menu Had a small Caesar salad with no croutons and the grilled wings They were good They offer gluten free pasta for some of their dishes (I don't know which one) the have a gf pizza crust I didn't try the pizza, they are artisan pizzas I'm more of a traditional pizza person but would try on another visit Definitely worth trying

What a treat. Best gluten free pizza ever. The crust is so amazing you wouldn’t know that it’s gluten free. To top it all off they offer gluten free beer. Beer and pizza. Nothing better. Just wish there was a Mia Margherita closer to my home in VA.

Great GF choices, pizza was amazing and the pepperoni potato hot peppers were all good. No issues at all.

Excellent GF menu so many selections it’s hard to choose . NICE patio seating available Coal fired oven pizza was the best GF PIZZA I’ve had Also ordered chicken wings to take home Delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant Wish there was one near me

The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and have a complete separate area for making GF food. They have so many great options that don’t even taste GF. I highly recommend

my husband ordered the pizza and I had the cedar plank salmon. it was delicious! the salads and sauteed greens were great too. the fries are listed as gluten free but they could not verify that the calamari had not been in the fry fryer. they have two fryers and they try to keep the calamari and fries separate but wouldn't confirm that there was no cross contamination. we will go back when we are in the area.
