We stopped here for lunch while touring the University of Illinois. I was nervous when we first arrived because it seemed a little chaotic inside and it took me a minute to figure out the ordering process (especially when I had three little kids all hanging on me and complaining about being hungry and hot). When I got up to the counter to order I asked about their gluten free preparation procedure and the girl said they change their gloves and prepare the GF pizzas on tin foil. My children are very sensitive to cross contamination and they had no issues after eating their pizza! It was a success!

Finally a Pizza place that offers LARGE gluten-free pizzas. They're quite premium too.
