This place is so good and everything is gluten free. My only complaint and warning to others is the hoison sauce is not gluten free but they still always put it on the side with my meal. I just throw it away, but could confuse somebody if they thought it was gf .

We go here regularly- they are always so nice and accommodating to my picky GF son and Celiac me. Never gotten sick. The sauces are NOT GF!!! She was quick to tell me, I’m thinking the girl who got sick added them. The curry base pho with shrimp and tofu is the bomb!!!!! I add carrots and broccoli - OMG so good!!! Their house made beverages are also AMAZING!!

I got a ramen bowl with all gluten free ingredients and told the worker I had a gluten allergy, but I got sick after. It’s a shame because the food was tasty, and they had a lot of gluten free options on the menu. I guess the issue was cross contact.

I got a build your own ramen bowl, it was really good! Allergens are clearly listed on the menu which is nice. You can build a gluten free bowl.

Great experience at mian noodle house. They clearly list items that are gluten free. Additionally, make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy and it will be noted on the ticket, additionally we asked them to take special care since the risk of cross contamination could be high. I had no reaction here and enjoyed the Pho.

Fast casual restaurant with build-your-own noodle dishes (pho and ramen). They have options for broth and noodles with add-ons. GF very clearly marked next to individual items. I had the curry ramen with rice noodles which were very yummy and was a generous portion.
