I love Mia’s table! They are knowledgeable about cross contamination and I’ve never once had a reaction. Make sure to ask for their gluten free menu, as items are not marked on the main menu and a lot of it is gluten free. I love the burger, the pork tacos, and the green goddess salad! Also the free soft serve is great as well, I just make sure to get a clean cup from the front and a fresh spoon that has not been near the cones.

We were traveling and THANKFULLY came across this restaurant on the app. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. It was a hand pressed patty and SO TASTY. The fries were equally delicious made in a non glute fryer. I was going to be stuck in a hotel the next day so I ordered the GF grilled chicken, baked beans and potato salad. I will keep you updated on the deliciousness of those items. It was a win for me. WOOP WOOP!!! …….SIDE NOTE ……We ate here between 11 and 11:30 on a nice sunny day. It wasn’t real crowded and in a nice neighborhood BUT our vehicle window got busted out and things were stolen from our car - along with another car parked near to us. Grrrrr.

I have had the pulled pork street tacos and the steak salad. Both delicious! When you order, say you want gluten free and to make it without the "base." It'll say "gluten allergy, no base" on your ticket. I don't know exactly what the base is, but they said to request it without for it to be gluten free.

It’s nice to have some gluten free options at a nearby restaurant! The fries are good and from a dedicated fryer, and the gluten free bun is decent if you want a burger. The manager addressed questions I had on my first visit, and since then I have tried several items and have not had any reaction.

If you have a food allergy the menu states to ask for the manager. So I spoke to him and he assured me that they could make a celiac safe meal. I had the steak salad minus the steak seasoning because it contains gluten and he stated that the candied pecans were made off site and it was in a facility that also had wheat so he was knowledgeable about cross contamination and made me feel at ease about it. He also assured me that they would prepare the steak on a grill where they didn’t use the gluten seasoning.
They had several items that could be modified to be gluten free and they had gluten free buns for hamburgers. They don’t have it listed on the menu, you have to ask to speak to their manager as per the instructions on the menu and he walked me through all my options. I had the steak salad sans gluten seasoning and candied pecans and it was very fresh and satisfying. My gluten full family enjoyed what they ate as well.
I went early before the rush to make sure they paid special attention. This was also during Covid so they had a lot of to go orders and they were fairly busy even with half the tables blocked off. It was a pretty popular restaurant with an old dinner vibe. Really cute and clean restaurant. I didn’t get sick so we will be back.
I have eaten here several times now and several menu items with no issues.
