Review of Michael's Pizza & Restaurant

Michael's GF pizza was GREAT - thick crusted crunch, richly greasey, and awesome flavour. When I requested a GF crust, the server asked if I was celiac, gluten-sensitive, or preferentially GF, showing me they have different protocols for each. I did wish she was a little more attentive while serving, as she accidently gave me the wrong pizza for a moment but thankfully fixed her mistake and apologized. I had no symptoms, which is quite astounding given my additonal IBS (tip: if this is you, try the GF Greek pizza while subbing out onions!)
