Review of Michael's Pizza & Restaurant

One of the best GF pizzas I’ve had in Calgary. Staff were very aware of gluten free needs and indicated the pizzas are prepared in separate areas and cooked separately. I asked for clarity later on ingredients just to make sure it wasn’t the Caputo Fioreglut flour (wheat with gluten removed as I have an allergy) and they brought me a picture of the crust ingredients to confirm. So helpful, delicious and no issues!
