They have GF bread for paninis and a few separately wrapped GF pastries. My celiac friend ordered a panini and they were able to cook it in foil to avoid cross contact.

Cute coffee shop that’ll make GF paninis. They use foil to prevent cross contamination. The pesto, cheese, and tomato panini was tasty!
