First, the cookies and cupcake were very yummy! Probably even some of the best I've ever had! The prices were so low, I really wanted to tell her she could double her prices, but maybe thats what the area commands. There is a whole separate area for the GF products, and a GF menu too. But you do have to be in the middle of the non GF bakery to order and get your stuff so I was a little concerned about breathing any flour in the air so I just breathed into my shirt sleeve LOL

We drove from CT to visit our gf daughter in NE. We decided to make the hour drive to this bakery. It was so worth the trip! They have a dedicated gf kitchen and you can watch the baker thru the windows. They had plenty of choices. We got pecan rolls, slicing bread, blueberry and cherry bars. It was so yummy! We will have to get our Thanksgiving baked goods from here on the next trip.

Michelle is super friendly and knowledgeable about GF foods and all the ingredients they use. The shop has a separate kitchen for gluten-free items, so it’s completely safe and is absolutely DELICIOUS! Even my husband, who has no food allergies or sensitivities, said it was fantastic.

Good bakery with a dedicated gf kitchen. They take numerous precautions to assure no cross contamination. Many options to choose from.
