Not good for celiacs. Luckily, all their meats are technically gluten free, but according to the staff, the chance of cross contamination is very high. There is not a separate area where they handle the just meats. All the food at this place passes though this 5x10 trailer where they bake bread, cornbread, and make mac and cheese. Even when I ordered a frito pie with the expressed concern about cross contamination, I saw the staff member not change gloves, slice the brisket with a used knife on an unclean cutting board, and use a giant bag of Fritos which was likely contaminated.
