I was informed by the front desk, our waitress and a manager that the vegetables were gluten free. I ordered the broiled salmon and 2 sides of vegetables. Ate most of my food, it was delicious, and was sick for 2-3 weeks. I have a wheat allergy. My dr. advised me to call the restaurant back and find out, again, what the vegetables were cooked in. It turns out they were cooked in chicken broth containing wheat. The manager again assured me they were gluten free after telling me that the broth contained wheat. I had to explain that if it has wheat in it, it is NOT gluten free. They offered me a free meal and their apologies. I will not be back.

Spoke to the manager. All of their fried foods have their own fryer (I.e. shrimp are fried in one, catfish another, fries in another). The oil is not cycled or shared. Vegetable oil is used. All we got my daughter were the French fries, although she said we could order and they would make it as we needed. She also said their fried food used corn meal and no wheat, but I didn’t question it more since my daughter only wanted fries.

Called the restaurant and they confirmed that their fries are fried in a dedicated fryer. Ordered takeout and my box was labeled gluten to distinguish from the other boxes. Great food!
