OK. I've eaten from the hot bar without getting sick. They will not label food gluten free because they don't take care in their kitchen to make sure there is no cross-contamination.

If you order a smoothie, make sure you ask the staff to wash out the blender before using it because they put wheatgrass in some smoothies.
