I read reviews and they said that this restaurant takes precautions. But they don’t even wipe the flour from the counter they put the crust/dough on. And they don’t wear gloves or use different ingredients or sauces either. Even after we explained the celiac situation and they told us they would. The prep area is just behind a glass screen so you could see them not change anything.

TLDR: not super happy with the service, the food was pretty mediocre, at least I didn't get sick.
Husband and I went to eat here after seeing Google reviews that the gluten free selection was good. We ordered 1 GF pizza for me, 1 regular pizza for my husband, and one GF dessert. THEN I thought to look it up on Find Me Gluten Free. Got a little nervous after seeing low reviews for actual Celiacs. Our order had already been placed at this point so we asked them if they had already started making our pizzas to see if we could cancel my gluten free one. We were told that they were almost ready and couldn't be cancelled. Which, ok, my bad, didn't check thoroughly, and we were going to end up with leftovers anyway so my husband can just eat it later. They then bring out his pizza, he has enough time to eat all of it, they bring the dessert, we eat all of that (I had decided there were enough good reviews to try it) and my pizza still has not come out. So my husband went to see where it was and they told us they had completely forgotten it. The pizza that was so almost done they couldn't refund me for it in the first place. Never got made. We ended up getting the refund after all. The food we did get was just "ok" I obviously didn't try the (Margherita) pizza but my husband described it as being "just barely better than dunking a cracker in tomato sauce". The dessert calzine was ok, very sweet, nothing to write home about.

They have an amazing gluten free crust that is made from actual wheat flour that has had the gluten removed. Because of that you get as close to a "normal" pizza crust flavor as you can get. It is so hard to find good gluten free pizza crust options as most taste like cardboard. Their crust was amazing. They also offer the same crust on their Nutella calzone dessert. They wiped down the pizza peel and also sprinkled it with a dusting of gluten free flour to protect from cross contamination and to not stick to the pizza peel. They said I could get almost every pizza on the gluten free crust, with the exception of one or two that have toppings that have gluten in them, like meatballs or something like that. One of the employees indicated that they had extreme celiac and eats the pizza almost every day without every having a reaction.

They use a gluten removed wheat flour for their gluten free pizza. I have a wheat allergy and got so sick. I originally thought it was from cross contamination. They use the same pizza oven for gluten free pizza

Gluten free crust - so, so and the flour dust on the bottom of the crust scares me but so far not sick - they have red cream soda in the fountain and that was a bonus!
I DID ask and emphasized I was celiac and very sensitive to gluten, they told me they would prepare my pizza at a different location and that the person preparing it also got celiac diseases. I was very careful not to touch anything, the olive oil, the vinager, the salt, because people at at this places are usually using their hands and touching everything with their gluten contaminated hands. So far, I am feeling okay! I will update if I get sick, as I am very sensitive!
They had a gluten free crust and gluten free flour shaker (for under the crust). They said they take good care with new gloves and a separate pan. With that said however there are obviously lots of flour particulars floating around. They don’t have a separate preparation area or oven. I was a little paranoid but so far so good. I wouldn’t say celiac safe but possibly safe for a sensitivity. They also have vegan cheese which wasn’t bad. The gf crust did taste good! Much better than others I tried.

I’ve always had breakouts/symptoms shortly after eating here. They don’t take any precautions when it comes to GF. if you have celiac disease, DO NOT eat there.
No
I didn’t ask, but I definitely should have, cause after about three slices I realized there was definitely a ton of flour on the bottom of my crust. I was extremely sick within two hours of eating it. Do NOT go here if you have celiac.

I ate at a different location. After having a slice (which was delicious) I asked about cc (I know I should have asked first) they told me it was definitely not safe and surprise I got sick. If you have celiac do NOT eat here. If you aren’t Sensitive to cross contamination the pizza is delicious.
No
I called them to ask about cross contamination and they said they take no steps to prevent cross contamination and that they would not recommend their gluten free pizza for anyone with celiac.
