I have been a member of MCC for 12 years. The staff all know I am gluten free and go out of their way to make sure I know what I can have.
Even when I am at an event that has a present menu, the staff will make sure I have gluten free options.

We joined the Midland Country Club for several reasons, but a nice place to dine with safe food for the celiacs in our family was at the top of the list. We eat here several times per month. The GF menu is extensive, the food comes out flagged, and the chefs are very accommodating for special events. Be aware that big eating out holidays like Mother’s Day are buffet style so we do avoid those.

Has been an excellent experience twice. Food has been amazing. They have been excellent about cross contamination. They have gluten free bread available as well.
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
They offer gluten free bread and are very good at preventing cross contamination.
I joined the Midland Country Club primarily so I could have somewhere nice to eat as a celiac in midland. The chef knows me by name and knows exactly how to prepare my food. I’ve heard other people with celiac disease joined here for this sole reason! The gluten free menu is large and changes with the seasons. They can fry your food separately but make sure to call ahead or go at a non busy time. I also attend banquets here and find it so easy. They label everything very well. I feel like a normal person here!
