I popped in since they had GF items marked on the menu. Specifically “gluten free” under a bunch of items, not “gluten friendly.” A very knowledgeable greeter immediately told me that all fried items are in shared friers, despite them being marked GF on the menu. They said they’ve asked for the menu to be changed but unfortunately it hasn’t been. I really appreciated their candidness about how the safest options on the menu for me (celiac) would be salads. I opted not to eat there because some of the salads do have bread crumbs in them, and given the general lack of understanding about “gluten free,” with whom I took to mean either kitchen staff or management; I wouldn’t trust them to feed me. The staff person I spoke with was very kind and I appreciated their explanations and they definitely seemed like they would have tried to take care of me if I had chosen to try. I personally won’t risk getting sick from a salad, but if you are celiac and end up giving this place a go I would love to read your review!
